E2B for Startups and Research - Terms and Conditions
By submitting an application to the E2B for Startups and Research Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Scope
- Approved applicants will receive one-time free usage credits that expire one year after they are redeemed.
- Participation in this program does not provide discounts or guarantees for future purchases of paid plans.
- Access to E2B Enterprise tiers is not included in the program.
- Applicants who have already been in a different tier than the E2B Base Tier are not to be provided the Pro Tier for free, even if accepted into the programs
2. Application Review and Communication
- All applications are reviewed by the E2B team on a rolling basis.
- Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to each applicant individually.
- If you do not receive a response within 2–3 weeks, your application was not accepted.
- E2B reserves the right to reject or revoke access to the program at any time and for any reason
3. Program Availability
- Participation is limited by program capacity.
- E2B reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program — including for new applicants — at any time without prior notice.
4. Use of Provided Credits
- Credits are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- Reselling, redistributing, or otherwise commercializing the credits or access to the E2B platform is strictly prohibited. If such misuse is detected, E2B reserves the right to revoke access immediately and may pursue legal remedies, including, but not limited to, seeking damages or injunctive relief through appropriate legal channels.
5. Data and Privacy
- By applying, you agree to E2B’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- By applying, you agree with being publicly mentioned as a member of the program, in case of the approval.
- By applying, you agree with being publicly quoted on the application answers related to what you are building, what is your use case of E2B product.
- Email addresses must be institutional or company-affiliated (no personal email addresses allowed).
- Submitted data will be used to evaluate your application, manage your participation in the program, and keep you informed about E2B updates and events.
6. E2B Attribution
- E2B reserves the right to share the approved program members (including use of their logo) publicly for promotional purposes and mention that they use or plan to use E2B, based on publicly available information or the information the applicants provided in the program application.
- Where applicable, participants must display the E2B badge on their website, GitHub repository, project page, or other relevant digital assets. At least one display of the badge is required.
- Accepted teams must share positive words about the program and E2B within 7 days of being approved. You can for example, mention that you have been accepted into the program, mention your use case with E2B, or share something about your experience.
- When E2B is used in academic research, it must be properly cited in any resulting publications using an appropriate academic citation format.
- If you do not comply with the policies, E2B reserves the right to downgrade the plan and revoke the credits assigned within this program.
